Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. No international shipping at this time.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) from our Wiggins, MS facility (1085 E Frontage Dr, Wiggins, MS 39577).

• Delivery: Contiguous U.S.: 3-5 business days (Standard Shipping).

• Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: 5-8 business days (Standard Shipping).

• Expedited Shipping (optional): 1-3 business days (contiguous U.S. only, $14.99 flat rate).

3. Shipping Fees

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $75 (contiguous U.S.); $7.99 flat rate for orders under $75.

• Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: $12.99 flat rate (Standard Shipping), regardless of order value.

4. Tracking & Notifications

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Track via your gearcampa.com account or the carrier’s website.

5. Damaged/ Lost Orders

Report damaged items or missing orders within 48 hours of delivery via email: nikooasohnyi89@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos (for damage claims). We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
