Return & Exchange Policy

We want you satisfied with your camping gear (tents, sleeping bags, etc.). Below are our key return & exchange rules.

1. Eligibility

• Return window: 30 days from delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, with original packaging and tags.

• Defective/damaged gear: Eligible for free exchange/refund within 15 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate

Email nikooasohnyi89@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. We’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address:

3. Fees & Refunds

• Non-defective returns: You cover return shipping; 5% restocking fee applies.

• Defective/damaged items: We cover all shipping costs.

• Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

4. Ineligible Items

No returns for used gear, items without original packaging, or custom orders (unless defective).
